Payments are due in full at the time of your service. Cash is preferred but card/venmo accepted!

POLICIES

RESULTS

Permanent makeup is a two-step process that requires an initial session and a touch up for desired results. After your initial session we will book your 5-8 week touch up while you are in the studio. It’s important to allow the skin to fully heal however your touchup should be book NO later than 10 weeks out. Results cary per client based on pigment retention and lifestyle.
It’s important to keep in mind that there is responsibility on me as your brow artist and I strive to use the best pigments, tools, and products etc. to give you the best results. As the client, following the pre-care and post care instructions I’ve provided is imperative to your healing results. I take time to curate aftercare kits for you to take home, and not adhering to guidelines can impact retention.

CANCELATIONS/MISSED APPOINTMENTS

I respectfully request that you provide a 48 hour notice for cancellations and appointment changes. hour notice prior to the appointment otherwise a fee will be charge. Reschedules are based off of my availability which can be viewed via my booking application. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.


In the event that you do not show up for a scheduled appointment or you cancel a same day appointment, any future appointments will require a 50% payment up front. In case you were a no show or cancel the same day again, the 50% payment will not be refunded.

COVER UP/CORRECTION POLICY

If you have previous work from a different permanent make up artist, you MUST have a consultation with me prior to your appointment.
It is imperative I am able to see how light your brows are to ensure I am able to cover them. I always keep the brows long term integrity in mind therefore I will not tattoo over permanent makeup that is too saturated. In that case, I do offer removal sessions.

DEPOSITS

A $50 deposit is required to book and hold your appointment. The remainder is due during your scheduled appointment. It is non-refundable. If, you are a no show or late to your appointment, I have the right to keep the deposit for the time I have reserved for you.

LATE POLICY

LATE POLICY


Due to scheduling commitments to other clients and my scheduling, I reserve the right to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late. I will do my best to accommodate your service, however due to time constraints and my obligation to other clients, your appointment may have to be cancelled, the deposit will not be refunded.
